A Different Kind of Care
Pelvic health can feel personal, confusing, or even difficult to bring up. Our goal is to create a welcoming space for honest conversations, clear education, and care that respects your comfort and boundaries.
We take a holistic approach to pelvic floor physical therapy, recognizing that the pelvic floor is connected to the entire body. Treatment considers breathing, posture, hip mobility, core strength, and the nervous system to address the bigger picture—not just the symptoms or muscles in isolation.
Together, we'll focus on what matters most to you, make sense of your symptoms, and work toward meaningful progress at a pace that feels right.
Enjoy full-length, one-on-one treatment sessions lasting 50–60 minutes, with the same therapist at every visit. This allows us to build a consistent relationship, get to know your needs, and provide individualized care throughout your journey.

A few helpful answers
Your first visit typically includes a conversation about your symptoms, health history, and goals, followed by an individualized assessment as appropriate. Your therapist should explain each step and discuss consent with you. You can ask questions and share your comfort level at any time.
An internal exam is not automatically required for every person or every visit. Your therapist can explain the options, why an assessment may be helpful, and alternatives. You can ask questions, decline, or change your mind at any time.
No. Pelvic health therapy may help people with a range of concerns throughout adulthood, including bladder or bowel symptoms, pelvic pain, core concerns, pregnancy-related changes, and menopause-related changes.
We are a cash-based, out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of your visit, and we accept cash, check, credit or debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards when available. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to ask about your out-of-network coverage and reimbursement options.
